PACKETS ARE NOT MAILED - FORMS MUST BE DOWNLOADED BELOW. This helps in reducing the cost for the league. We do appreciate your cooperation.

To expedite your registration process make a copy (or take a pic) of all forms. Turn in the original forms at registration and have a copy of all your team info for yourself.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION: If you are looking to get on a team, fill out the Individual Player Registration form on our home page. We DO NOT place players on teams directly, but the list is available on our site for managers to view and contact players. To insure your name is displayed for managers to see, check the: Want your information online on our individual player list? box, (as shown). Another way to join a team is to come to the fields during play, after 6:00 pm M-F (4:00pm Sundays) and talk to the team managers.

LEAGUE INFO:

  • 2018 FALL: 8 GAMES
  • SINGLE ELIMINATION PLAYOFFS FOR QUALIFIED TEAMS.
  • FEES ARE DUE at REGISTRATION - NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. CASH or CHECKS only. One check per team, made out to W.C.A.S.I. There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.

FEES: (Use the below fees to calculate registration cost. Please do not write totals on your coversheet.)

  • 2018 Fall team base fee: $585.00. (No increase for 2018!)
  • Non-residency fees: $10.00 per player - Capped at 6 players. W.C. residents – provide proof of residency to avoid the fee.
  • Field use assessment fee: $10.00 per player on the roster, regardless of city of residence.

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL FORMS (provided below) AND TURN IN WITH PAYMENT AT REGISTRATION.

Refund policy: Full refund if team cancels after registration and prior to teams posted. Partial refund (50%) if team cancels after team posting and before season schedule is posted. NO REFUND after regular season schedule has been posted and season has begun.

REGISTRATION PACKETS DROPPED THROUGH THE SOFTBALL OFFICE MAIL SLOT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED.

The following (#1 - #4) forms are needed to make a complete packet. Please complete ALL information on all forms to register your team.

  1. COVER SHEET: - (Roster-Contract) bring completed form to registration.

    2018 ROSTER - CONTRACT <= Click to view and download.

    Complete the left side (white) of the form with all info requested. The right side (grey) is for office use only. The manager or a team representative signature is required.

  2. ROSTER LIST FORM: - include ALL players on your team. Please fill out completely: Name, Address, City, ZIP, DL#, and DOB. Incomplete information will delay your team’s registration. A minimum of 10 players is necessary for the roster. Make a copy of your roster for future reference.

    REMEMBER: W.C. residents will need to provide proof of residency to avoid the $10.00 non-resident fee. A copy of CDL, utility statement, credit card statement will do. These are returned to managers.

  3. LIABILITY FORM: Each player, manager and coach on your roster must sign a liability (waiver) form and be included with your team packet. These forms may be faxed or e-mailed back and forth between players and managers.

    *** The above liability form is for REGISTRATION ONLY. After the season begins, use the PLAYER ADD form available from the softball office to add new players to your team. ***

  4. REQUEST FOR NIGHT OF PLAY: Please list three (3) choices. Teams may be placed on their second or third choice. On rare occasions the third choice may be offered, but third choice placement is discussed with the manager before such a move is made.

    MONDAY, WEDNESDAY (Men’s D), THURSDAY and FRIDAY - MENS (All Levels with the exception of Wednesday). 2 separate divisions per night: Upper and Lower (with the exception of Wednesday).

    SUNDAY, TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY: MIXED (CoEd). If we do not get a minimum of 4 teams per night, we will ask teams to move to an alternate night.

    There is no guarantee of first choice, but we do our best.
